My sweet friend, Mary, was marrying our volleyball team mate, John, and we were pumped.
They are great people and we would go help them with wedding plans, invitation stuffing, and other random things.
Her bachelorette party finally came around and we had a blast! 
We started off at dinner and then headed out to the Quarter. Oh Cats (ug) and the Gold Mine (YAY – not the gold club mind you!)
We had a blast! Lots of dancing and laughing.
A week later was the rehearsal dinner at Tujague’s in the Quarter. It was delicious and the toasts were pretty good too!
The next day I got ready in the beautiful robe Mary got me as a thank you for all the help with the wedding! Thanks Mary! I love it!!
Then we were off to the wedding! That will be the next post!
