I am here to announce that I officially hit my 2014 New Years Resolution! My goal was 10k steps per day and I knocked that out of the park.
Here is my year in review:
Most active month = April = Italy.
Least active month = October = sick Lizzie.
Here is my chart for Jan 1 to Dec 31 on steps. You can see when I got sick (March and October) and when I had to make up for it (April and November).
I seriously love my fitbit. I am still just as obsessed with it years later as I used to be.
Of course I have to make new goals for a new year – my 2015 goal is 10,500 steps per day with a stretch goal of 11k per day. PLUS, an overall goal of 4,380,000 steps for the year. I did just over 4.2 million steps last year and this year I want 4.38 mil.
I am tracking my daily and monthly totals. I will keep you updated.
YAY FOR 2015! This year is going to be great
