I hopped on the scale on June 26 and was very pleased.
A few minutes later I got this in my email!
I went online to figure it out and this is what I found:
Evidently, my highest weigh this year was in was February and as of this morning, I have lost 15 lbs since that date.
YEAH!
Now, this does not match my Weight Watchers numbers exactly, but the idea is that I am trending down and that is a good thing.
Just wanted to share!
