I went to a bridal show last Wednesday at the Marriott on Canal Boulevard. When I arrived I noticed the amazing gingerbread village in the lobby. I loved the St. Louis Cathedral replica!
The village took 1000 hours to design and create. It made of 450 lbs of powered sugar, 200 gallons of icing, 6 lbs of M&M’s, 16 fleur de lis, and 1 potato chip.
Well done Marriott! This makes me want to start baking. :)
